Happy Holidays! It's a beautiful time to share in gratitude with family, friends and loved ones, but let’s be real- it can also be a difficult time to navigate relationships with food, body image, and diet and lifestyle goals (especially with the added stressors of this crazy 2020 year). From difficult diet talk, to seeing your crazy Aunt Mary that knows how to push your buttons, I get it- holidays can be more stressful than relaxing sometimes.
