Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice
2 Tbs. chia seeds
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 medium apple
1 scoop protein powder
2 Tbs. hemp hearts
2 tsp. spirulina
2-inch piece of fresh turmeric root (or 1 Tbsp turmeric powder)
2-inch piece of fresh ginger root (or 1 Tbs. ground powder)
1 tsp black pepper
4-inch slice of cucumber
1/3 cup yogurt
2 cups mixed greens
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix (Vitamix recommended for best smoothie consistency)
